To all visitors to the MUSCLEHEDZ®

Recently, I've had to take legal action
against several individuals for violating my copyrights
with respect to posting my work, in whole, or in part,
on their web site(s) without my authorization.
So everyone is clear about copyrights
and copyright laws, all work on this web site and
on the Toon Of The Week web site, in whole, or in
part, is protected by international intellectual copyright
laws, treaties, and conventions.
What that means is, if you download
an image from this site, and post it on YOUR web site
without my authorization, you are in violation of
my copyright(s). If you remove or change any part
of it - change a face, change a caption, remove my
signature, and put it up on your web site without
my authorization, you are STILL in violation of my
copyright(s). I own all rights to my work and any
derivative of my work, in whole, or in part. You own
none of it.
However, if you download an image from
this site, and use it as desktop wallpaper for yourself,
make a personal screensaver, or print it and hang
it on your wall - that's perfectly fine - that's called
personal use... just don't try to sell or distribute
it in any way.
I understand that people enjoy the cartoons
and want to share them with others. Therefore, your
best bet is to add a link to this site. This is a
far better way to go than violating my copyrights
and having me sic my big, bad lawyers on you (which
will end up costing you money as well as your web
site).
Finally, just so we're clear, anyone
caught violating my trademarks, or copyrights will
face immediate legal action, no matter where you reside
in the world.
